St Augustine Academy is seeking an exceptional and highly organised PA to the Principal & Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced educational environment. You will provide confidential, efficient and proactive support to the Principal, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Alongside your PA duties, you will play a vital part in enhancing the academy's profile by coordinating key marketing and communication activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive PA support to the Principal, including diary management, scheduling, preparing documents and handling correspondence.
- Prepare high-quality reports, and briefing material for the Principal and Senior Leadership Team.
- Coordinate and contribute to the academy's marketing and communication strategy, including newsletters, social media, website content, and press engagement.
- Maintain and update the academy's CMS to ensure accurate and engaging information is published.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of academy events, open days, and community outreach activities.
- Uphold GDPR requirements and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Support the wider administration team when required to ensure effective operation across the academy.

Qualifications
