We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Bar Manager to lead our bar staff in maintaining the highest levels of customer service. Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for the operational running of the bars including increasing the venue beverage sales, ensuring staff are fulfilling their duties and leading by example.

The ideal candidate will have a practical bar and cellar management background, experience of budget management and cost control (including stock, cash handling and product ordering). Ideally, applicants should be innovative and pro-active in driving sales by keeping up with current bar trends. Applicants must be able to work both weekends and weekdays.
