Head of Operations

St Antony's College is seeking an experienced operational leader to oversee our accommodation, catering, hospitality and events services. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior operations professional to lead customer-facing teams across a diverse and busy environment, combining student accommodation, catering, conferences, events and front-of-house services. Reporting to the Bursar (COO), you will manage the Accommodation Manager, Head Chef, Steward and Events Coordinators, supporting them to deliver excellent service standards while ensuring operational efficiency, compliance and financial sustainability. About the role You will be responsible for leading and developing operational teams, ensuring services are delivered professionally, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
