St Anthony of Padua Community Association is a registered charity and limited company with over 40 years’ experience of providing a range of care services including Home Care, Housing with Care, Day Care and outreach projects in the East End of Newcastle. As a regulated Home Care provider, the Care Quality Commission has rated us “Outstanding”.
The Role
Following retirement of our CEO, we are looking for the next person to continue to lead St Anthony’s, navigating change and championing wellbeing for the people we support. As CEO, you will provide overall strategic, financial and operational leadership. You will work closely with a supportive Board of Trustees and provide direction while ensuring the organisation remains financially sustainable and well governed. The CEO also provides line management and infrastructure support for The Bostey, our sister youth service charity.
About you
People are at the heart of everything we do, we are looking for someone who is passionate and will provide compassionate and person-centered leadership and have a deep commitment to improving the lives, independence and wellbeing of the people we support in our local communities. Applicants will be able to demonstrate skills in providing senior leadership within regulated health, social care, public, non-profit sector or a similar industry. You will be able to demonstrate skills in managing multi-disciplinary teams, leading through organisational change and successful contract management/tendering. We welcome applications from people who can demonstrate the relevant transferrable skills and experience and have potential and willingness to develop in the role.
