St Anne’s RC Voluntary Academy is an Ofsted rated Good school on a journey to Outstanding. We are part of the Emmaus Catholic Trust and are looking for a dedicated, hardworking and inspiring Learning Support Assistant to join us.
Our ideal candidates will:
- Be a creative, innovative, and empathetic Learning Support Assistant who is committed to meeting the needs of all pupils.
- Have the knowledge and experience of working as a Learning Support Assistant with children who have complex learning and communication needs.
- Have experience of leading, tracking and evaluating interventions with small groups of pupils.
- Be self-motivated and can use their initiative and creativity to develop a variety of learning experiences for pupils with SEND.
- Can identify and understand the needs of pupils and deliver exceptional support to ensure all pupils meet their full potential whilst at St Anne’s RC Voluntary Academy.
