Technical Artworker

St. Anne’s Digital Graphics, founded in 1994, is an independent reprographic company specialising in managing and controlling printed packaging. Originally focused on label origination, the company now offers a full range of packaging solutions, including labels, cartons, and flexible packaging.

We are looking for an Artworker to join our busy Packaging Reprographic Studio.

We’re a small, friendly team working on packaging artwork for a wide range of FMCG brands. We’re looking for someone who is confident with artwork, has a good eye for detail and understands what’s needed to get a file ready for print.

About the Role

Working as part of our reprographic team, you’ll be involved in checking, amending and preparing packaging artwork for print.

You’ll work to client guidelines and the requirements of different print processes, making sure artwork is technically accurate and ready for production.

The role would suit someone who enjoys working with artwork, is naturally thorough and takes pride in getting things right. You’ll also need to be able to spot potential issues and think practically about how to resolve them.

You’ll be working mainly with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop on Mac OS.

What We’re Looking For

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Previous experience as an Artworker, preferably within packaging, reprographics or print.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• An understanding of print production processes and techniques.
• Some knowledge of colour management.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• A methodical and organised approach.
• The ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a small team.
• A practical, positive approach to solving problems.

Packaging experience would be an advantage, but we’re happy to consider anyone with a good background in artwork and print production who is keen to learn.

What We Offer

• Salary: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year, dependent of experience.
• 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
