Job Overview

Starting salary £12.71 per hour, rising to £12.91 after successful completion of probation, increasing to £13.10 after a further 12 months in post.

St. Anne’s Ripon road services assists clients 24 hours per day, 7 days a week with a variety of shifts including days, nights, and sleep‑overs. We require enthusiastic, caring individuals to support clients in activities of their choice. Main Duties

  • Prepare person‑centred support plans with clients which reflect their views, aspirations, and beliefs, reviewing and amending them as necessary.
  • Support clients to fulfil their aspirations and live independently in accordance with their skills and abilities, including accompanying them on social visits, events, arranging activities and outings, and developing their skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate openly and transparently with clients and team members, acting with integrity and keeping promises.
  • Provide personal care to clients in a way that respects their choices and dignity, including washing and toileting where required.
  • Keep accurate records, including daily notes, with full client involvement.

  • Experience in care, personal or professional.
