The Specialist Community Alcohol Worker provides flexible, community-based support and case management to adults who experience high-risk alcohol dependence and complex needs, including people who may have found it difficult to engage with conventional treatment services. The role is based out in the community and involves working in a range of settings, including people’s homes, community venues, GP surgeries, hospitals and other partner services.
