Join St Anne’s Community Services in a pivotal role that combines technical support with data strategy. We are looking for an IT Support & Data Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact for IT inquiries while driving the organisation's data-led insights. This role carries weighted responsibilities, blending first-line technical assistance with the design of Power BI reports and the maintenance of rigorous data quality.

Main duties of the job

The Essentials:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or customer service roles.
  • Data Skills: Experience or strong proficiency in building Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to use advanced Microsoft Office functions (Excel) and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on data entry accuracy and ticket documentation.
