Starting salary £19.01ph. Rockhaven is a nursing home which is a 7‑bed service based in Leeds. We support clients with complex medical needs, behaviours that challenge and specialise in end‑of‑life care for people with Learning Disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients to meet their individual needs including personal care and assistance attending leisure local activities.
- Providing person‑centred care and developing lasting relationships with families and external multi‑disciplinary professionals.
- Ensuring there is always nursing support available with high ratios of staff; 1 nurse during the day and 1 nurse at night.

Employer: St Anne’s Community Services is a charity that was formed in January 1971 providing shelter to the homeless. It has now developed into the entity it is providing a variety of diverse services with the clients at the heart of everything we do. We are now looking for an innovative hands‑on nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with an active pin to join our team. This is a full‑time post (37.5 hours) and would require the nurse to work a combination of days and nights on a rota system. We are rolling out a programme of online platforms to enhance the experience of the clients and our staff teams.

Person Specification:
Experience (Essential Criteria): Previous experience working in care (employment or carer at home).
Desirable Criteria: Previous experience working in an LD environment.
Qualifications (Essential): RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified.
