Responsibilities
- Provide specialist support to clients undergoing detoxification and rehabilitation.
- Facilitate group sessions to help clients learn coping skills and support them in achieving recovery goals and emotional wellbeing.
- Use strong communication skills to build and sustain relationships that inspire clients throughout their recovery journey, ensuring care aligns with St. Anne's values and Code of Practice.
- Apply a person‑centred planning approach with relevant consultation and client involvement, committing to involve clients in all organisational aspects.
- Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team to support clients through a residential alcohol detoxification programme, completing risk assessments and recovery support plans.
- Facilitate a range of group sessions, including community meetings, alcohol and health awareness, relapse prevention, anxiety management, music therapy, relaxation and assertive communication.
- Shift work is required, including sleep‑in shifts, weekends and Bank Holidays.
