About the Role
At Creykes Lodge we support six clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As a Support Worker you will provide high‑quality care, support, and companionship, including personal care, daily routines, and social activities. The role is rewarding, varied and involves welcoming clients to the community and assisting them to achieve independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review person‑centred support plans in partnership with clients.
- Support clients to live as independently as possible; accompany them to social visits, events and activities.
- Communicate transparently with clients and team members, acting with integrity.
- Provide personal care respecting clients’ dignity and choices (washing, toileting, etc.).
- Keep accurate records and daily notes, involving the client whenever appropriate.
Person Specification
Experience: Desirable: Previous experience working in care or as a carer at home.
Qualifications: Care Certificate (or willingness to undertake it). Current UK driving licence.
