The predicted salary is between 25400 - 26300 £ per year.
Starting salary £12.21ph, rising to £12.41 after successful completion of probation, increasing to £12.60 after a further 12 months in post. UK Driving License is desirable due to remote location.
Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of keeping the clients we work with safe. We have stringent infection control measures, and you will play a vital role in ensuring the service is clean, tidy and a nice place for people to live.
Working closely with staff and clients, you will create a schedule of work and plan which areas will be cleaned daily and weekly to ensure the service maintains its high standards. You will take responsibility for maintaining equipment and stock levels of materials and cleaning chemicals.
Main duties of the job:- Cleaning and sanitising communal areas.
- Cleaning hard floors with mops or electric floor cleaners.
- Using spray cleaners.
- Ensuring that hazardous materials are stored safely and securely.
- Monitoring and refilling cleaning supplies as needed.
- Attending training sessions and meetings as needed.
- Using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Following established infection control procedures.
- Reporting any maintenance or repair issues.
- Following all safety protocols.
- Cleaning and sanitising void rooms.
- Deep cleaning areas as required.
