The position consists of 27.5 hours of Team Leader duties and 10 hours of direct support/on-shift work per week. The 10 support hours are flexible and will be allocated across services as required to provide cover, maintain safe staffing levels, support people using services, and respond to operational demands.

The postholder will be expected to travel between services within the Bradford area and demonstrate flexibility in working arrangements to meet the needs of the organisation and the people we support. A driving licence would be desirable for this role due to the need to travel between services.
