Join Our Outstanding Nursery Team! Rated Outstanding by Ofsted , St Annes College Day Nursery is a vibrant and welcoming nursery set in a beautiful, purpose-built building with its own private garden right in the heart of St Annes College. We care for up to 12 children aged 6 months to 4 years, offering a homely, nurturing environment all year round. We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our friendly, dedicated team. Support the Nursery Manager in the smooth, daily running of the Nursery Assist with planning, record keeping, and ensuring the highest standards of care Lead by example, inspiring colleagues and children alike Be a key person for children, building strong, positive relationships with families Provide engaging, creative, and stimulating activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Enjoy spending time outdoors, helping children explore and discover the natural world We are looking for someone who is: Passionate about early childhood education Experienced in working within the EYFS statutory framework Organised, caring, and a great communicator Ready to bring creativity, energy, and warmth to our Outstanding setting Contract & hours: Permanent, part time (3 days per week, Monday - Wednesday).
