Join Our Outstanding Nursery Team! Rated Outstanding by Ofsted, St Annes College Day Nursery is a vibrant and welcoming nursery set in a beautiful, purpose-built building with its own private garden right in the heart of St Annes College. We care for up to 12 children aged 6 months to 4 years, offering a homely, nurturing environment all year round.

We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our friendly, dedicated team.

  • Support the Nursery Manager in the smooth, daily running of the Nursery
  • Assist with planning, record keeping, and ensuring the highest standards of care
  • Lead by example, inspiring colleagues and children alike
  • Be a key person for children, building strong, positive relationships with families
  • Provide engaging, creative, and stimulating activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Enjoy spending time outdoors, helping children explore and discover the natural world

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about early childhood education
  • Experienced in working within the EYFS statutory framework
  • Organised, caring, and a great communicator
  • Ready to bring creativity, energy, and warmth to our Outstanding setting

Contract & hours: Permanent, part time (3 days per week, Monday - Wednesday). An enhanced DBS check will be required.
