With two large modern dining spaces and a variety of rooms and event spaces we cater for a wide range of internal and external events throughout the year.

The Dining Hall Manager will assist the Head Chef in managing the day-to-day operations of the Catering Department, ensuring that a high standard of food service is provided in an efficient, cost effective manner and delivered with a professional approach.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring front of house preparation and service is maintained to a high standard
  • Recruiting, supervision and training of all Dining Hall staff
  • Ordering and stock control
  • Adhering to the relevant Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations

You will have management experience in hospitality with a recognised qualification from the Hotel and Catering industry or equivalent alongside experience of delivering high quality dining events and excellent leadership and people management skills.
