St Andrew's Nursing & Care Home is seeking an Engagement and Wellbeing Coordinator to plan and organise resident activities at the Sleaford home. You will manage time effectively, engage residents with creative, tailored activities, and act as an ambassador for the home to involve staff, relatives and the wider community.
Role requires 2 years' experience in care settings, NVQ2 or willingness to pursue, and a commitment to 35 hours per week including two weekends per four weeks.
