This role will support the accurate processing of the monthly payroll for 550 employees along with all associated compliance checks, maintain up-to-date people data, and will provide professional and timely administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and all people related correspondence. The successful candidate will be organised, detail-orientated and discreet to work with private & confidential information. They will have experience within a payroll or people team environment, strong IT skills, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality and timely support to colleagues and line managers.
