We are looking for a personal assistant to help an easy‑going, sociable person who has some mental health challenges. No personal care is required.
A typical day may be supporting them with light housework, shopping, helping to make meals and walking the dog. They enjoy activities such as table tennis, canoeing, badminton, going to the theatre, cinema etc and is also willing to try new activities. Ideas would be most welcome. Holiday relief shifts are also available.
Applicants must be reliable, have a caring attitude, a good sense of humour, and an outgoing, friendly personality. Must be an animal lover due to the cuddly dog and cat!
The work will be in a non‑smoking environment.
This role requires an enhanced check through PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups).

Hourly Rate: £13.45 per hour
Hours of Work:
- Evenings alternating Saturday / Sunday 5.30pm - 9.30pm (or both evenings also an option and additional optional relief hours may be available)
OR (depending on your preference)
- 8 hours alternating Saturday / Sunday (8.30am-4.30pm)
