Overview

A REWARDING CAREER THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support the Reception function and support wider administration in conjunction with the Executive Assistant. Working alongside our fantastic volunteers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our reception provides support and direction to all visitors and callers to the Hospice. Reception and its staff give a lasting impression for all visitors to St Andrew’s Hospice, and we expect that all whom come into contact with us feel that they have been dealt with pleasantly, efficiently, sympathetically and appropriately; you will be key in providing this. You will also support wider hospice teams and the executive office with general administration tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with the busy hospice reception and all who visit the hospice.
