A REWARDING CAREER THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE.
Are you someone who enjoys spending time with children and young people, providing fun‑filled opportunities and creating special memories? At St Andrew’s Hospice we offer a warm, friendly, and nurturing environment where our children, young people, families and workforce are at the heart of everything we do, striving to make each day enjoyable for everyone.
You can make a real difference to the lives of babies, children and young people who have palliative care needs and life‑limiting conditions, keeping them at the centre of everything we do – alongside supporting our families throughout their journey from referral to end of life and bereavement support.
It is often said that a career in palliative care nursing is a real honour and privilege but is frequently overlooked as a pathway. At St Andrew’s we strive to make every second count, ensuring every moment creates a memory for the family and bringing joy, happiness and laughter to our Children’s Services while giving the utmost care and compassion during sad times.
Every baby, child, young person and family is different. Every conversation and every plan of care is individualised. You will have a wonderful opportunity to work with children and families, making a difference in meaningful ways.
