A little about this role:
The Ward Manager is pivotal to the delivery of high-quality nursing and care, providing day-to-day leadership and support to clinical and non-clinical ward staff. Working closely with the Registered Clinician and MDT, the Ward Manager ensures that practice is safe, effective, and person-centred. They actively monitor standards and lead innovative practices to improve quality outcomes. They will act as a senior clinical member of the team and hold responsibility for the ward environment and its resources.

A medium secure mental illness service for men aged 18 to 65 years old with serious and enduring mental health problems.
