About the Role: As a Retail Assistant, you will perform daily tasks across our on-site cafés, providing excellent customer service and product knowledge across different outlets.

Required skills, qualifications, and experience:

  • Experience and knowledge of retail operations
  • Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to organise oneself and others
  • Capability to work independently without close supervision
  • Good planning skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
