About the Role: As a Retail Assistant you will fulfil the day-to-day tasks and activities across our on-site cafés providing excellent customer service and product knowledge across the different outlets.

Required skills, qualifications and experience:

  • A knowledge of retail with demonstrative experience
  • Excellent listening, communication and people skills (both written and verbal)
  • Able to organise self and others
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision
  • Good planning skills and ability to work to specified timescales
  • Able to work under pressure and manage priorities appropriately
