We are St Andrew's, a mental health charity. Our purpose is to inspire hope for those living with complex mental health needs. We aim to be at the forefront of inspiring real change, ensuring everyone with complex mental health needs is heard, valued, and has hope for their future.

Our Winslow service has been developed to provide enhanced care for individuals with complex presentations, who are transitioning away from secure hospital care to a community setting. It comprises six self-contained residential apartments offering independent living within a community-based environment. With an emphasis on sustainable living and vocational skills development, our aim is for residents to transition to successful community living.

We are looking for talented Registered Nurses to join our team in Winslow on a full-time permanent basis. Your role will be to individualise the care we provide to our service users by understanding and listening to them. Being a Registered Nurse, you will be the lead on a shift, so knowledge and understanding is a must.
