Responsibilities:
- Manage workload within a long‑term rehabilitation ward consisting of working‑age men.
- Provide clinical and therapeutic services using trauma‑informed frameworks such as DBT and EMDR.
- Lead and coordinate with other psychologists, supported by an assistant psychologist.
- Support patients with EMDR and contribute to the development of trauma‑informed care practices across the site.
- Maintain service quality and contribute to service delivery improvement.
Qualifications:
- Clinical, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist with HCPC registration, or in the process of obtaining registration within 6 months.
- Experience working with trauma and forensic populations.
- Leadership experience or potential to lead clinical teams.
- Knowledge of trauma‑informed care; additional training in DBT and EMDR acceptable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with a wide variety of people.
