About St Andrews Healthcare: St Andrews is a charity specialising in complex mental health. Its mission is to help people with complex mental health needs transform their lives. With its history dating back nearly two centuries, St Andrews today is undergoing significant change to deliver on its mission for years to come.

Purpose of Role: To provide employee relations (ER) support and guidance across the Northampton Hospital whilst ensuring managers are coached through ER issues. To advise on a best practice approach to resolve ER matters, whilst maintaining a pragmatic focus in line with the Charity's values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to managers on ER activities across the Northampton Hospital ensuring cases are handled effectively.
