What You'll Be Doing?
- Carrying out electrical installations, maintenance, and fault-finding
- Working with fire alarms, emergency lighting, and control systems
- Ensuring compliance with BS 7671 (18th Edition) regulations
- Maximising first-time fix rates and minimising repeat visits
- Maintaining a world-class service for staff and patients
What we are looking for?
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3 (Fully Qualified Electrician)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
- Hands-on experience in electrical/building services maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills & ability to work in a secure environment
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Desirable:
- 2391-20 Certification (Inspection & Testing)
- PAT Testing & Health & Safety qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, custodial, or secure environments
