A bit more about your role with us Ward Based role You will be based on the hospital site, and your role will focus on supporting the day-to-day activity of the Wards, the Ward Managers and Responsible Clinicians. By keeping the administration processes running smoothly, you’ll be helping our nursing and clinical teams to focus on providing great care. It will be important to build good working relationships while ensuring there is effective communication across the ward. It’s a varied and demanding job, and you will be comfortable working in a busy ward setting.
