  • Ensure legal frameworks (MHA, MCA, Care Act) are applied appropriately
  • Support families and carers, ensuring their voices are heard in planning
  • Provide clear, timely updates to MDTs, commissioners and senior leaders
  • Contribute to flow-focused improvement work across the Birmingham site

This is a role for someone who is solution-focused, confident in multi-agency work and motivated by improving patient journeys.

  • Strong understanding of the Care Act, MHA and safeguarding frameworks
  • Experience working with complex mental health needs or forensic pathways
  • Confidence working across systems and challenging delays constructively
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present information clearly
  • A passion for improving flow, reducing delays and supporting safe transitions

If you're energised by purposeful work that makes a real difference to patient progression, you'll thrive here.
