A bit about us: We are St Andrews, a mental health charity with a clear purpose: to inspire hope for people living with complex mental health needs. Our Birmingham site is on an ambitious improvement journey.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Hospital Director, Care Director and Medical Director at St Andrews Birmingham. St Andrews Birmingham is a warm, welcoming place to work with 125 beds across eight specialist units within a secure forensic hospital for men and women with mental illness and other complex mental health needs. Every unit is focused on providing exceptional, person-centred care, and as part of our team, you'll experience a collaborative culture where everyone is valued, respected and encouraged to bring their best every day.

You’ll be joining the hospital at a genuinely positive moment of change, becoming part of a friendly, committed team that is passionate about delivering outstanding care and driving real transformation for the people we support. No two days in this role will ever feel the same. You’ll be right at the heart of a busy, fast-moving environment, providing high-quality support, managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring our senior leaders are always one step ahead. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth running of the hospital and the continued improvement of services for our patients.
