Main duties of the job

The Role We are seeking an experienced Principal Clinical or Forensic Psychologist (maybe someone looking for step up to Principal with experience in the near future or working at Principal level now) with a strong interest in working with complex and challenging patient groups. You will already hold a HCPC registration.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with our MDT and also our reach out and NHS partners.
  • Deliver a range of assessments and evidence-based therapies, including LMV, EMDR, DBT and trauma-focused approaches.
  • Provide both 1:1 and group interventions.
  • Work across diverse clinical populations, including older adults and adults of working age.
  • Contribute to supervision, training, research and service development.
  • Be part of a team that values reflective practice, shared learning and practitioner wellbeing.
