Summer Staff Wanted – St Andrews Golf Camp (2026)

St Andrews Golf Camp is the UK’s leading residential golf camp for juniors, welcoming young golfers from around the world to experience the Home of Golf. Our 7 or 10-night camps include coaching at the St Andrews Links Academy and rounds on world-famous courses including Kingsbarns, Carnoustie, and Dumbarnie.

We are recruiting fun, responsible, and enthusiastic staff for camps running 3rd July – 15th August.

Package includes:

  • Accommodation in St Andrews
  • All meals (restaurants & clubhouses included)
  • Staff uniform
  • Competitive pay

Role includes:

  • Supervising juniors on and off the course
  • Escorting to coaching sessions
  • Supporting golf rounds
  • Helping run evening activities
