Due to the retirement of our Headteacherwe are looking for a new Headteacher to take us in to our new chapter, to buildon the strength of our school story so far and to continue our journey.

- Aninspirational and values-led leader who will embrace and further developour distinctive Christian ethos.
- Astrategic thinker with the vision and ambition to build on our strengthsand lead the school confidently.
- Anexcellent classroom practitioner with a strong understanding ofhigh-quality teaching, learning and curriculum development.
- Avisible, approachable and compassionate leader who can inspire, developand support staff.
- Someonewho will build excellent relationships with children, staff, parents andcarers, Governors, the Church and wider community.
- Commitment to ensuring inclusion,addressing diversity and access, and removing barriers to learning andachievement for all pupils, including those with special educational needsand/or disabilities.
- Someonewith the leadership and management skills to use the school’s people,resources and finances effectively.
