- Is up to date with current research around Quality First Teaching.
- Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn to the best of their ability and reach their potential.
- Has the ability to develop effective relationships with pupils, parents and external agencies in order to support pupils’ smooth transition into school.
- Is confident in leading a team, developing the vision and having the drive to move it forward.
- Able to create a stimulating and inviting learning environment adapted to suit the needs of the pupils.
