Class Teacher - MAT Cover in Kettering

Full-time - 1 FTE September 2026 start. Main Pay Scale 1-6. Fixed-term to cover a Maternity Leave.

We are looking for:

• An excellent teacher who has received ‘good’ or better grades in recent observations.
• An outstanding, passionate teacher who has high expectations for children’s learning, and can foster collaborative working and living our values every day.
• A person who builds excellent relationships with children and parents; demonstrating our values when interacting with them.
• Is up to date with current research around Quality First Teaching.
• Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn to the best of their ability and reach their potential.
• Has the ability to develop effective relationships with pupils, parents and external agencies in order to support pupils’ smooth transition into school.
• Is confident in leading a team, developing the vision and having the drive to move it forward.
• Able to create a stimulating and inviting learning environment adapted to suit the needs of the pupils.
• Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
