The role forms part of the HR Systems team providing admin and systems support activity, supporting managers and users with the administration of our Time and Attendance system Allocate Optima, system development resulting from change and systems support related to the HR work cycle. Team members are responsible for ensuring Allocate is administered correctly and deadlines are met in line with policy ensuring accurate pay. Providing input to support effective operation and development of Allocate, in addition to supporting management information requests.

Responsibilities

  • First line response to internal queries relating to information on the Allocate Optima (Health Roster) system
  • Analysis and reconciliation of shift data to ensure accurate pay
  • System management for internal customers to maintain account access
  • Provide support to rostering managers

Qualifications

  • Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems (some knowledge of Allocate is desirable)
  • Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on service delivery
  • Good analytical skills and proficient user of Microsoft Excel
