St Andrew’s Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Communication HLTA to lead and develop communication provision across the school. The post holder will promote strategies to enable all pupils to access learning and build confidence.
They will work with teaching and support staff, modelling best practice and ensuring strategies are embedded. The role is line managed by the SENCO and focuses on continued development of our communication provision.
