This is a fixed-term, one-year maternity cover position until 31 August 2027, or until the substantive postholder returns, whichever is sooner.

Pay Scale Range: NJC Outer London scale point NJC11 (£32,070) to NJC17 (£34,998) - actual salary: NJC11 (£27,794 - FTE 0.87) to NJC17 (£30,603 - FTE 0.87). Scale point on appointment will be dependent on experience. Plus, local government pension.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated SEND team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting students with additional needs while leading and developing a team of Teaching Assistants.
This is an exciting role for a person with the relevant experience and knowledge in this field to join our successful school, which is sponsored by Russell Education Trust. The successful candidate will benefit from support from the Trust.
