In September 2025 St Andrew the Apostle School moved into its new, modern, state-of-the-art building equipped with advanced features including automatic entry and Paxton systems, air filtration, a sprinkler system, a Building Management System (BMS), and high-spec Design Technology and Science classrooms.
We are now seeking a Facilities Officer to support the Facilities Team in maintaining compliance and ensuring that our new building runs efficiently and is well-serviced and remains compliant.
Additional responsibilities include the supervision of cleaners, coordination with contractors, and the management of individuals and organisations hiring.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Facilities Manager in maintaining the school site, including compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Perform general maintenance tasks and understand modern building systems.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the school environment is safe and well-kept.
- Supervise the contracted cleaning team, promoting high standards to keep the new school sparkling.
- Secure the building at the end of the shift.
