The Opportunity
In this interesting and varied role, you'll be an integral member of the central administrative team, providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to all academic and non-academic departments. We are flexible with regards to the number of days (2 - 3), ideally looking to fill a full year vacancy, but will consider Term Time working.

What you need to succeed
- Ideally educated to Higher level
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within an educational or public sector environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively and build effective working relationships at all levels
- Sound experience in MS Office packages including Word, Excel, Power Point and databases
The post holder will be expected to assist at College events as required which may be out of hours. St Aloysius' College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
