Ref: P2042 About the role We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking ICT Technical Infrastructure Manager to lead the delivery, development and security of the Council's ICT infrastructure and technical support services.
Key responsibilities include: Leading the development, security, and resilience of ICT infrastructure, systems, telephony, and technical services.
Managing and developing the Service Desk and Technical Support teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services.
Ensuring core Infrastructure systems are available, secure and aligned to business needs.
Managing ICT contracts, suppliers, procurement, budgets, and resources to deliver value for money.
Supporting the delivery of the Council’s ICT and Digital Strategy, including technical roadmaps and service improvements.
Maintaining strong cyber security, compliance, backup, disaster recovery, and operational risk arrangements.
