St Albans City and District Council is seeking an experienced Property and Asset Manager to oversee the Council’s diverse non-housing property portfolio, including operational, commercial, leisure and heritage assets.

You will develop and implement asset management strategies, drive service improvement and ensure estates are managed in line with best practice, statutory requirements and sound commercial principles.
