St Albans Catholic School is seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, and committed kaiako to lead our New Entrant/Year 1 classroom in 2027.
We are a close-knit school of 5 classrooms (maximum roll of 110) with a supportive staff. We are looking for an energetic teacher with exemplary pedagogical practice who will foster a stimulating learning environment and bring:
- strong foundations and proven teaching strengths in early literacy and numeracy
- excellent communication skills and the ability to build warm, respectful relationships with tamariki and whānau
- a positive, team-focused approach
- special character requirement, a willingness and ability to participate in religious instruction appropriate to the Special Character of our school is a condition of appointment.
