The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our Learning Support team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist students who need additional support, either individually or in small groups.
  • Lead by example and assist the SENCo with all aspects of the smooth running of the learning support department and manage the effective use of resources and high standards of learning and achievement for all students.
  • Provide support within a caring Christian community where all are respected, valued and supported to achieve their potential.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with young people aged 11+ is desired.
  • Minimum of Level 4/Grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent qualification).
  • Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 requirement: ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement.
  • Protected role for a male candidate due to the needs of the students they will be supporting.
