St Albans Basement is seeking an experienced, site-based Site Manager to own residential projects from start to finish. You will lead the on-site team, manage the daily programme, and be the main contact between site, clients and the design/management office.
You will oversee multi-trade coordination, ensure quality and safety, read technical drawings, and travel across Hertfordshire and London. A CSCS/SMSTS/SSSTS or equivalent certification is required.
