We are seeking a skilled and reliable team of basement underpinners. The successful candidates will be responsible for stabilising and underpinning basement structures, ensuring safety and compliance with building standards. Duties

  • Assist in the excavation and preparation of sites for basement construction.
  • Installation of drainage and package pump systems.
  • Reinforcement fixing and concreting works/finishing.
  • Formwork and shuttering - traditional timber and aluminium formwork systems.
  • Installation of Delta Membranes and similar waterproofing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently as required.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in groundwork or basement construction is preferred.
