As a Pre-Sales Design Lead within this rapidly expanding company, you will lead and support allocated opportunities throughout the bid and pre-construction phases.You will be responsible for managing the scoping, design, costing, and proposal development of Smart Building solutions that meet client requirements across sectors including enterprise, hospitality, residential, and data centres.Our Smart Building solutions include:• Master System Integration (MSI) and Master System Operator services• Building IoT (building and occupant monitoring)• ICT cabling infrastructure (copper and fibre)• Networks (LAN, Wi-Fi, voice, mobile, servers, storage)• Electronic security (access control, CCTV, intercom, intruder)• Audio Visual (video conferencing, IPTV, FIRS, digital signage, background music)Following contract award, you will support the pre-construction phase by providing technical and commercial input, ensuring compliance with client requirements and a smooth handover to delivery and support teams.This role covers the full lifecycle from initial enquiry to contract award and post-award pre-construction activities. xsabvtc
