Our client is looking to recruit a highly motivated Fire Alarm Service Manager to oversee a small team of skilled fire alarm service and small works installation engineers responsible for maintaining, servicing and fault-finding on high-end and high-value networked fire alarm systems. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise with fire alarm systems, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to high-profile clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and develop a small team of fire alarm service engineers, ensuring outstanding customer service, liaising with high-end clients to meet their specific fire safety requirements and capitalising on any commercial opportunities for service contracts, compliance, process improvements, budget and resource management and reporting and documenting all service records and reports.
Candidates interested in this role will need to have a proven background in fire alarm service delivery, experience managing a small team of engineers, strong technical knowledge of networked fire alarm systems, knowledge of BS 5839 (ideally with a certification from a recognised training provider), and a full driving licence. The successful applicant can expect a basic salary of £60,000 (negotiable) plus car / allowance, commission and a benefits package.
